About Me

Coaching for Men: If you're a feeling stuck, not knowing what it is and what you want in life, and desiring more in your life, I can help you breakthrough whatever has been keeping you from experincing what you want out of life.

My passion is in helping men experience mind, body, and spirit balance in their lives and to visualize and realize what they truly desire in life. Men have been conditioned by society not to ask for help and to do things on their own. Asking for help can feel like a sign of weakness when in reality it's a sign of strength.

I've had great sucess in working with men who know they want more in their lives but are unsure what it is and how to achieve it. As a survior of trauma and healing through mindfulness and spiritual practices, I've found that most men want the same things in life...to experience peace of mind, to have some connection to spirituality, religion or faith, to reduce stress and have more fun in their lives, and most importantly to get the things in life they feel are important.

Key areas that I've found help men are in:
- focusing on the present and what can be achieved by looking forward
- creating a positive mindset releasing self-judgment
- understanding what really is important in their lives
- helping to assess where they are and where they want to be...the gap
- defining in detail what they desire and identifying action steps to take
- holding them accountable for taking action
- working through obstacles and challenges as they arise
- finding balance in life between professional and personal life
