LONG WORK/LIFE STORY SHORT

I've always been in a helping profession.
I started my career in 1994, as a financial counselor. My job was to improve my client's financial wellness, but it turns out, I was just as concerned about my client's emotional and mental wellness. In 2004, I returned to school for my Master's and EdS degrees in Professional Counseling. For more than 10 years, I've been a professional counselor.

Because I love learning and reinventing myself, in 2017, I began attending coaching training programs. In 2018, I added life coaching to my practice. Best decision ever!! Even during difficult times, everyone wants to be acknowledged and validated, and to live their best life.

I value my self-care and wellness. I look forward to supporting you, as you honor your self-care and wellness.
