After 20 fulfilling years as a trauma therapist, I’ve transitioned into a new chapter, focusing on helping people build their best lives through coaching. My approach blends decades of experience with a passion for empowering others to navigate life transitions mindfully and intentionally.

I’m also a writer, and my first book—a framework for managing life’s transitions with clarity and purpose—is nearly complete. It’s an extension of my commitment to helping others grow and thrive, offering practical tools for anyone facing change.

Based in Omaha, NE, I share my life with my wonderful wife, two daughters, two bonus sons, and two spirited dogs who keep our home lively and full of love. Whether I’m coaching, writing, or embracing life’s beautiful chaos, my mission remains the same: to inspire and guide others toward fulfillment and joy.
