About Me

For a long time, I have have been a leader to large, cross functional teams in a highly competitive and highly regulated industry. Together we have consistently delivered the budgeted results and we often reached peaks of efficiency, morale and motivation.
My teams learned to find and make value for themselves in any circumstance, to deal with volatility and change well, to keep themselves in mind and prioritize themselves, and yet still serve the business purposes with outstanding results. It all seemed to flow effortlessly, organically.
I found it very rewarding and the more I did it the easier it became. I started teaching others how to look at everyone and everything with genuine interest and care, and many leaders and supervisors have grown uner my watch and have bonded better with their teams. I have not learned any theory of leading. I have lived it and it rocks!
