About Me

Hello! As an Authenticty Coach, I assist you on an important inner investigation for you to figure out who you are, what your purpose is and/or make the changes you want to see matierialized. The process entails learning about your conditioned adapted self and then chosing to be who you really are by practicing new ways of being that align with your authentic self. That experience of alignment, reinforcement and implementation of the new habits brings needed clarification of your next steps. I use education and the arts to unlock your best you and highest potential to self-actualize.

My approach is a holistic one which helps you to see the big picture and what areas may need detailed attention or development.

My credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Theater and a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
As a self made Coach/Artist/ Business owner, I have created an independent life that is satisfying, happy and successful.

My recommendation is a minimum of 3 - 6 months for change to occur. I will be your support through the whole coaching process as a confidante, sounding board, brainstormer, and accountability partner.
