About Me

After graduating with a BBA from Prairie View A&M University and a very successful business career, Stacie Valley eventually discovered and courageously sought her passion for motivating others through health and fitness, optimal living and personal development. In April 2022, she officially recognized her gifts to help others achieve wellness and became certified by the CAPP Institute as a Personal & Executive Life Coach.

Below are what Stacie believes were signs and signals that led her to the discovery of her purpose as an inspirational wellness coach.

In 2008, Stacie became a certified Group Fitness Instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). During a 2010 casting call in Dallas, TX, for Oprah’s mini-series titled “Your Own Show”, she pitched her first wellness talk show to one of Oprah Winfrey’s casting directors and received a call back audition that gave her ammunition to pursue her dream of transforming the lives of others through wellness.

In 2011, Stacie obtained her Zumba Fitness Instructor Certification and provided fitness instruction to many corporate clients. Her most rewarding project during this time was her creation and development of The Dream BIG Dallas Show, a talk show designed to help others achieve their dreams and to win in life.

From 2013 to 2020, Stacie taught fitness classes at Life Time Fitness and recounts this season as having some of the most memorable times in her life.

In 2016, Stacie launched The Happy Journey Company LLC. In 2019, she obtained her Fitness Nutrition Specialist certification through the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM).

In February 2023, Stacie reached a milestone by partnering with Real News PR to record and host the pilot episode of The Stacie Valley Show. This is a love project that she defines as her “purpose” because it is the vehicle that reveals her passion to transform the lives of those seeking health, happiness & fulfilling lives.
