About Me

Hi there! My name is Stacey. I am a Connection and Empowerment Specialist who has provided guidance and education to individuals and families for more than 20 years. Helping one move from the limitations of their past and step into the power and possibility of their future inspires me. It is my deepest joy to walk alongside them and empower them to challenge their limiting stories, cultivate communication and relationship skills, and develop confidence in their ability to overcome adversity.

After going through a divorce and starting my life over in a new city, I found myself buying into limiting beliefs, making assumptions about my future based on my past, and grasping on to the negative voice in my head telling me, "You're not good enough.". Through my own self work and intensive coach training through IPEC (Institute of Excellence in Professional Coaching), I have been able to face my victim story head on, take control of my life, create a new story, and not only realize but achieve my goals! This has opened many opportunities and possibilities that I had unintentionally blocked myself from receiving before.

In my spare time, when I'm not saving the world, I'm running around capturing life on my camera and dashing to the nearest social hangout with my favorite buddies and family loves of my life (AKA- my spouse and three (nearly) grown children)!
