About Me

I'm a certified mindset and life coach who specialises in getting to the core subconscious beliefs that might be keeping you stuck from living the life you desire.

I love nothing more than helping people tap into their inner power to achieve what they truly want, celebrate who they are and live a life they’re truly proud of. In our sessions, we will work together on a plan that gives you focus, confidence and self-belief. My core values are fun and freedom, and my coaching approach is centred around these values, giving you the space you need to explore your own life path.

I’ve been on a journey of self-growth and self-compassion –I had a very hard time expressing what I wanted and being a people pleaser, which ended up in me living a life that didn’t belong to me. On the outside, I had achieved a lot – a Masters from LSE, worked at global organisations and started 2 fashion business that featured in Vogue, Grazia and FT How to Spend It – but on the inside, I felt exhausted and drained – which is when I found myself a coach and started mapping out what I wanted from life –empowering people to do the same! I’m now a qualified coach and excited to work with you on tapping into your inner power, helping you express yourself and creating a life plan that truly belongs to you and set you on a path that aligns with your values.
