About Me

I have spent over 15 years in various Corporations and been in a variety of roles involving People management, Project management and Operations management responsibilities. I am a certified Project management professional. I have traveled all across the Globe as a part of my job role and had a great opportunity to meet people, understand cultures and sensitivities. The least common denominator that I noticed among people across geographies is their intention to succeed with limited tools to help them achieve their goals. The faculty of Life skills is still not a part of University curricula and people are on their own when they need to take the most difficult decisions of their lives or going through a tough situation at work or home. Often failing due to the lack of the requisite skills or tools to take the right decisions or respond appropriately. I have been through similar situations hence the topic of life skills is extremely close to my heart.

Mentoring people and helping them succeed has been my passion for the past 20 years. It gives me a great pleasure and a sense of accomplishment when the people who worked with me acknowledge my contribution in their lives.

With a client, it is not a simple commercial transaction for me. It is a relationship for a lifetime, hence extremely precious. A client/student confides in a coach with an expectation of independent judgement, unbiased view of people and happenings and a sincere effort to help them succeed. I sincerely believe that as a coach, the honesty & integrity with which you invest in people will determine your success and will help you win people for life.

In terms of personal philosophy, I believe that ‘values do not come with caveats’ and put in my best to do always the right thing.
