About Me

Hi, I’m Sowmya Cotah – an ex hotelier, a patient wife, an understanding mother, an approachable stranger, a loyal friend, an attentive listener, an empathetic counselor and a realistic optimist and a practicing internationally certified life coach.
I truly believe that we are much more than just our thoughts and our skin and when we can see that we become infinitely powerful.
I identify myself with the queen bee as I just like her also provides direction to my hive and enhances their capabilities. I help people rise above their problems and help them rediscover their
strengths and abilities to become the best versions of themselves. Apart from being an ICF certified Life coach , I have also completed
my ACE approved fitness nutrition specialist program which allows me to help my clients live their lives to the fullest with a sense of good health, fulfilment and happiness.
Sometimes there is an infinite number of problems in our lives but I believe that there are infinite solutions which come along with each set of problems. I empower my clients in gaining a sense of direction that helps them rise from their problems to see the infinite perspectives for their finite challenges.
