About Me

Certified Life Transformation Coach and Neuro -Linguistic Programming Practitioner. I am a Mother ,Coach and Businesswoman. Also a Survivor of Auto-Immune Encephalitis and Stroke. After having faced and triumphed through disability, unforeseen life circumstances and death of loved ones ,I found my calling and passion in helping others discover their calling and make changes from the inside that reflect outward.

My style of coaching is usually what most women appreciate. I am a listener and I am a friend. I do not judge nor lead. I am a guide, through the ups and downs I help you bring out the inner warrior, the champion that lies in wait. I believe in personalized lesson plans that seek only the strengths ,while nurturing the lesser
qualities and habits into stronger more favorable ones. I am a very patient person that allows my client time to express themselves and space to discover what and who they are with out pressure. My ideal clients are young women defining their purpose and mature women desiring to fulfill their dreams and everyone in between. It doesn’t matter the goal, I enjoy helping all women from all walks of life transform themselves into the person they desire to become.
I truly believe in women, in our strengths and our resilience. I pursue ,meaningful interactions and development of the woman as a whole, working on all aspects of her life.
