About Me

As NLP Licensed Coach, the method I use with my Coachee is divided in 3 main phases.
The first is DISCOVER the unexpressed potentials of the person, the second one is to DEVELOP their resources and potentials in order to obtain excellent performances in stressful and heightened situations, and the third phase is to SUPPORT the Coachee to maintain and strengthen performances over time.
Thanks to my "Global" approach, I train and coach entrepreneurs, managers and teams that deal with important cultural differences, to use them as a strategic lever to reach their goals.
