About Me

Sonali Dheer is a Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered coach. She is an ICF certified Life, Career & Executive Coach.
She also coaches teenagers/young adults in getting clarity to find their goals and life purpose, while helping them overcome challenges through positive behavioural change.

Her passion lies in bringing positive change within and around her as she believes in coaching as an experiential intervention approach. She helps clients effectively overcome their self-limiting beliefs by inspiration, motivation and challenging their assumptions; which facilitates transformation from within, resulting in better workplace performance and life experience.

Sonali constructively leverages her 13+ years of diverse expertise from across domains (coaching, training and development, hospitality, education) with ease, to inspire and enable change as a coach.

She is a Dale Carnegie certified corporate trainer, holds International diploma in Training & Teaching from City & Guilds (London); other certifications include NLP and Enterprise management. Sonali is currently working on becoming an ICF ACC.
