About Me

Welcome, I am Sohini. I see life as full of wonder, beauty, and challenge…to be enjoyed and enriched with relationships and new experiences. I left a corporate career in strategy and IT to pursue a path that would equip me to help others to do exactly that. A Masters in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (University of East London) was my chosen route. It brings together the science behind what (generally) makes humans flourish as individuals, as team members, as leaders, as social beings…with the art of (personally) discovering what works for us, energises us, and gives us fulfilment.

Find your sweet spot in life. As your coach, I will provide a confidential, safe space for you to explore what’s going on in your internal world and how that plays out in your experiences and relationships. I will guide you through this exploration to give you a deeper understanding of yourself, your emotions, and behaviours. We have so much to juggle and manage in our daily lives that we sometimes lose touch with ourselves and what we’re trying to achieve, become distracted, or become overwhelmed with all that we have to deal with. I can help you make sense of it all and stay present and self-aware. Why? So you can respond to life's challenges using your own inner resources, from a place of love, hope, and optimism.
