About Me

Hello there. My name is Sita. Professionally, I am a life long educator, a certified co-active life coach with a solid 20 years experience, an LL & NLP practicioner, a yoga teacher and shamanic healer.
Beyond the 'official' description of what is it I do, I am a spiritual seeker, a thinker, a traveler, a raver and a rebel, a business owner but most importantly, I am a WOMAN in her fifties.

As women in our prime, there's certainly a lot going on!
We are going through immense emotional, hormonal, mental and physical changes.
This is a time of reevaluation of who and what we are.
Our support systems, relationships, jobs & professions, our body & health, habits & routines, our environment, belief systems, even our identity to name a few.
