About Me

I was born of the millennial generation in the 1980s. The generation of computer classes before learning long division, dial-up internet, sidekicks and graduating college in the middle of a recession.

My coaching service, SMASH Finance was founded with a dedication to creating financially literate millennials. After 5 years in client services, I began working on my Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation at University of California, Los Angeles. It has become increasingly clear that many financial professionals provide access to a select, privileged, high net worth clientele. There is a need to broaden access in the industry; engage everyday people, entrepreneurs and young professionals to take control of their financial legacies. With a commitment to social change and financial education, SMASH Finance was created; a platform for honest conversations, with real challenges, in a language WE understand.
