About Me

I became a primary care doctor because I enjoyed working with people and felt committed to helping people live healthy and full lives. In my work, I found myself searching for holistic and sustainable ways of helping my patients. This led me down the path of learning more about the mind body connection and finding ways to help people live richer and fuller lives. I use principles from cognitive behavioral and acceptance and commitment theories to guide my coaching style. With honest curiosity and empathy, I help clients articulate and understand their own desires, notice ways in which they may be putting up or worsening obstacles, and develop strategies to overcome or side step them, ultimately achieving their goals.
