About Me
Hi,
Often we do not know what is holding us back.
But it is always in our power to break the shackles and move forward!
My coaching philosophy is based on a core belief that you are the best judge of what you want to be. The answers for you lie within and I help you discover what you want and aid in the process of getting there. I help you see the blind spots that may be holding you back from being all that you can be.
In my coaching process, we go through an initial discovery session (which is free) where I understand the goal you want to achieve along with the background you may want to share. I typically coach via hourly whatsapp/skype calls. However, if you live in Singapore, a face-to-face session is also possible.
From there on, we decide on a minimum number of sessions that will help us achieve your goal, step by step making sure we get there in time :)
Specifically, as your stress and empowerment coach, I help you understand the 'real' reasons for stress, modify what can be changed and accept what cannot. I guide you through the tough process of change so you feel rejuvenated and enthusiastic about your life going forward.
