Shital is a good coach, she has a knack to quickly grasp your expressed and not expressed self and can make sense of lot of information at one go such that she is able to focus on each one piece by piece. Her questions are quite effective and helps you go deeper. She is a great listener and allows you to think aloud effectively.

It has been a pleasure working with Shital. I have explored how I can make decisions on my next step in taking my work to the world. What do I want to choose as my niche, how do I align my beliefs about work and money as I continue to find and fulfil my purpose. She holds a beautiful nonjudgmental safe space where I could comfortably see for myself what is it that I aspire to do, where those aspirations come from, where I am in regards to that, and what I need to do to manifest the same. She is excellent with listening and coming back to you with her wise questions, thoughts, or experiences that will only take you to reflect deeper to find your own answers. She does it all with amazing grace, and beautifully facilitates the conversations, leaving you feeling deeply connected with yourself and empowered.

Shital has coached me across areas of career growth, health and spirituality and helped me achieve immense breakthrough and growth. She is empathetic, a great listener and not afraid to ask tough questions that has helped me overcome my own rigid mindset. I feel comfortable opening up the vulnerable side of me since I trust her completely and find her open-minded and completely non-judgemental. My sessions with her has always nudged me towards being the best version of myself and look forward towards having more coaching sessions with her.

My coaching sessions with Shital were laser-focused and solution oriented. She kept me accountable, moreso than alot of the coaches I had in the past, and I was able to draw out deep answers in me I didn't think I had.
