About Me
I am very easy going with a good sense of humor. I am a good listener and fully vested in helping my clients reach their goals. I care about each person I work with and will match their skills and talents in helping them reach their full potential.
I have experience in coaching a wide range of clients, from recent college graduates, to individuals of all ages seeking a career change, to senior level executives.
I've developed and taught a seminar on "Effective Interviewing Techniques", and "How to differentiate yourself from the 100 other people seeking the same job!"
We will focus on how to translate your personal "job features" into "benefits" for your prospective employer. This is an element of "personal branding".
We will role play on how to answer those difficult behavior based interview questions.
Effective resume building, cover letters, LinkedIn, and networking are also areas of focus.
My coaching and consulting experience has been focused on guiding and helping individuals make major career decisions.
I would be happy to have a free introductory meeting with you to explore your career objectives and to determine how well we would work together.
I live in Carlsbad, but anywhere in the greater San Diego area works for me!
