About Me

As a coach I have the blessed opportunity of having a ringside seat to many miracles. Championing others who are bravely seeking a new understanding of themselves and the way they want to show up in the world, is more rewarding than anything I have ever done. The training I received at iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching), my own history of overcoming and mentoring others in recovery from addiction for over 25 years, have equipped me with an understanding of what it takes to thrive despite the past, and provided proven tools to do so. My love for others and a desire to help others succeed, and achieve happiness and success in life, fuel my passion for this work.
