Graduated in 2006 from the University of North Florida with a B.S. in Sports Medicine & Athletic Training. She practiced sports medicine as a licensed provider with the NATA BOC for 10 years. She has certified specializations through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in Performance Enhancement, Behavior Change, Corrective Exercise, and Nutrition.
