About Me

I am Sheena Barlow and I specialize in working with women and men who are in transitional periods of their lives, and are in need of additional support and guidance along their journey. In a cohesive and collaborative environment, I work with clients to identify internal and external road blocks limiting their ability to move forward to attaining their goals or personal objectives.
Additionally, I work with my clients to establish concrete goals and action plans for long term success. With approaches that are self focused, clients are actively engaged in creating the path for their individual journey.
