About Me

Shayne Swift is the founder of Swift Lyfe Coaching and Consulting, dedicated to helping individuals, particularly those with ADHD, navigate their unique journeys. Diagnosed with ADHD in 2012, Shayne combines personal experience with professional expertise to guide clients toward success.

Often misjudged with labels like "scatterbrained" and "clumsy," Shayne's journey of resilience has driven her to break the stigma around ADHD, especially within communities of color. Her background includes a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction from McDaniel College and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Secondary Education from Howard University. She's also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation.

Professionally, Shayne brings a wealth of experience in educational leadership. She co-founded Girls Global Academy in Washington, DC, and has held roles such as the Director of Programs and Community Engagement, Coordinator of the International Baccalaureate Program, and Director of Education at Huntington Learning Center.

At Swift Lyfe, Shayne integrates her personal insights and professional expertise to help clients live fulfilling, purposeful lives. A dedicated mother to a daughter with ADHD, Shayne is committed to providing a different experience for her and others in similar situations.
