About Me

For over two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of health, well-being, and leadership development, guiding individuals and organizations toward more human-centered, resilient, and effective ways of leading. I have coached countless high-achieving individuals, built and lead teams at One Medical/Amazon, and designed coaching programs for companies like Google. Through these experiences, it became clear to me that great leadership requires more than management skills and executive presence—it demands deep self-awareness, the ability to tune into others, and a commitment to creating cultures that lift people up and bring meaning to their lives.

I have a Masters in Integrative Health from CIIS where I received my initial coach training, became one of the first board-certified Health & Wellness Coaches, and have additional training from the Co-Active Coaching Institute.

I provide 1:1 leadership & executive coaching for founders, business owners, and corporate leaders navigating big transitions, leadership challenges, or personal growth edges.

I am also the co-founder of Noria, a leadership development business that equips individual leaders and organizations with an evidence-based blueprint for building top performing, highly-engaged teams.
