About Me

In 2009 I lost my job as a corporate nurse. I took a leap of faith and launched a coach training company which is still going strong today. I lost my job but not my passion to make a difference in the lives of others. Losing my job helped me to find my purpose.

Along with my coach training company, I began offering coaching services to women. I have always been drawn to Psychology and majored in Psychology in college (undergrad). As the years passed, I was led to learn more about the mindset, self-limiting beliefs, goal achievement, and success. I believe that once self-limiting beliefs are identified and conquered that helps us to manifest the success we desire and deserve.

Faith is a very important part of my life. It has gotten me through some of the toughest times, including unexpectedly losing my mother and my grandson. I believe that faith is important to us achieving goals because there is a power greater than us inspiring us forward. I am a firm believer that "With God All Things Are Possible." I also believe that we can't give up on our goals and dreams. Achieving them may not be easy but it will always be worth it.

I was a teen mom and by the time I was 21 I was living on welfare with 5 children ( all grown now) as a single mother. I decided that something in my life needed to change. First starting with my mindset. Through faith, I persevered, and I have been blessed to accomplish phenomenal achievements, academically, personally, and professionally, including being the author of several books. I know that without God none of that would have been possible.

It is my dream to help others be the best version of themselves that they can be, and live their best life possible, through it all. Life is too short for us not to live it fulfilled. We deserve to have everything that has been divinely made available to us.
