I wish we could go through life without adversity. No pain, no crisis, no change. The truth is none of us will leave this world without experiencing pain of one kind or another. Like you, I have faced my own setbacks (better known as adversity).

I don’t pretend that they don’t hurt, but I know that they have not and will not destroy me. Your pain, your loss, your inner adversity…doesn’t have to destroy you either. In fact, it can help you, as it has helped me.

I help people cultivate the inner skill set of resilience to deal with, adapt to, grow stronger from and flourish in life.
