About Me

I offer a variety of coaching aproaches and programs to fit the needs of women, and the demands on their time. I offer in person coaching, telephone coaching, and coaching via email. I also conduct individual and group training and coaching through Skype, webcasts and podcasts.

My expertise is in personal empowerment. If you are clear in "who you are" with a strong sense of self, your confidence in every aspect of your life, whether personal or professional, will soar.
