I’ve had 20-year career as a Human Resources leader.I have been coaching, mentoring and advising clients my entire career and have worked with clients in many areas including business, career, entrepreneurship, communication and life issue
I have a toolbox of life-changing skills, that I combine with my unconditional support, mentoring, and brutal honesty to help you learn to create incredible success and happiness in your business and life. We will focus on your mindset, and implement proven methods and strategies to identify and conquer any weaknesses in your business/career. In my corporate life, I am the President of Talent Hub Inc. I’ve worked with start-ups, as well as Fortune 500 companies across a variety of industries.
Why coaching? Innately, I’m a high achiever, and have accomplished so much simply through self-motivation. But the real, transformational changes in my life--that took me from shy kid to community organizer, from following a traditional career path to jumping ahead into senior leadership roles--have come from a series of informal coaches coming into my life, seeing what’s possible for me, and encouraging me to make a bigger leap than I would have otherwise made. Coaching allows me to pass that gift on to others.
