About Me

At 26 years old, I was working at a law firm in New York City as a criminal defense attorney. And I hated my job. And it was so confusing because I did all of the right things! All of the things I was “supposed” to do, such as prioritize my education and start a professional career. I did this to myself. I was fully tapped into who I thought I was supposed to be, instead of who I actually was. I wasn’t tapped into my own power. Realizing I was so unhappy is what jumpstarted my own journey of self-awareness and life long learning, and after many years of hard work (and a lot of $$ in therapy), I can say with the greatest joy that my life is a complete 180 from my days of working in a law firm. This is my story. Everyone has their own story and their own obstacles that are holding them back from tapping into their power and creating the life they want to live, and I’m so excited to partner with others on their own journey to design a life that is uniquely theirs - one that is brimming with purpose, joy, and unyielding authenticity.
