I’m Sharayu, a life coach and entrepreneur passionate about empowering individuals and organizations to align their goals with their highest potential. My mission is to help people discover clarity, build confidence, and create lives that feel balanced, meaningful, and fulfilling.

As the founder of Querencia, I’ve created a space in Pune that’s dedicated to personal and professional growth. At Querencia, we offer a range of services, including 1-on-1 coaching, group programs, executive leadership coaching, and residential retreats. Our Querencia Studios experience center brings together coworking, wellness, and creativity, making it a sanctuary for those looking to grow in every aspect of life.

I believe in the power of combining mindfulness and creativity to unlock transformation. Whether I’m coaching clients, designing guided journals, or crafting tools like manifestation cards, I bring a blend of compassion and innovation to everything I do. My Seven-Day Manifestation Series on Instagram has been one of my favorite projects, inspiring individuals to step into their power and visualize their dreams.

Beyond coaching, I’m deeply involved in building IT services and wellness-focused products that serve both individuals and businesses. My work is grounded in creating solutions that are not only practical but also deeply purposeful.

In my free time, you’ll often find me coloring intricate mandalas—something that keeps me centered and allows me to express my creativity. For me, life is about blending strategy with heart, logic with artistry, and growth with joy.
