About Me

I support individuals to find peace, clarity and confidence amid change. Whether you're going through a breakup, career change, retirement, loss, relocation, or crisis of identity, it can be extremely confronting to move from the familiar to the unknown. Transition can involve the conflicting energies of clinging to the past while being propelled forward – an internal tug of war that often leaves us confused, exhausted, overwhelmed and riddled with self-doubt.

Though change is unsettling, it’s also a beautiful opportunity to create a life that reflects more of your authentic self. In our work together I will guide you toward greater self-awareness so that you can better understand the patterns, needs, values, thoughts, feelings and behaviours that shape, affect and motivate you. As you grow in self-knowledge within the supportive container of our coaching, you will also experience more self-acceptance. In this state of seeing yourself clearly and having compassion for your journey, old fears will melt away as a new sense of aliveness emerges. Through the tools of psycho-education, powerful questions and targeted exercises, you will find an inner peace and strength that endures beyond the unpredictability of external circumstances. In essence, you will be supported in coming home to yourself.

I’m a certified life coach and psychotherapist with a deep curiosity for the complex ways in which we experience our humanness. Not only am I deeply committed to helping others live fulfilling and meaningful lives, but I’m constantly looking inward and doing my own work. It's not always easy, but it's definitely worth it.

As a former counsellor my approach is supportive and nurturing while seeing you as whole, capable and competent. You are the expert of you, I am here to help you rise into best version of whoever that is.
