About Me

Hello! My name is Shaniqua Lesesne and I am a Certified REBT Mindset Life Coach. I have worked in the mental health professional for over eight years, and have since added Mindset Coaching to the services I provide; and I absolutely love what I do.

My coaching services are aimed to help my clients renew their mind in order to change the course of their life. The process of being renewed requires the shedding of one’s old outer covering so that “the new” can be brought forth. It is my belief that the process of renewal first starts in our mind. When we can change our perception & understanding of life’s circumstances, we then allow space for transformation and renewal to take place within our lives

The act of being renewed is an ongoing transition that requires one to govern their day with purpose and intentionality; and I want to be here with you as you navigate YOUR journey to renewal.
