About Me
My passion is coaching and supporting women that struggle with being overwhelmed, feeling stuck in life and navigating it's winding turns.
My 10+ year career journey as a Marriage and Family Therapist and Life Coach has shown me how tough life can get for people. It's also taught me how to help those that are suffering to thrive in their lives. Helping clients achieve goals in therapy, while building a successful private practice has made me the best person to help guide you! I know how the ebbs and flows can push us harder than ever. Life Coaching has allowed me the privilege to mentor women seeking freedom and clarity, revealing their dream self.
As an expert in my field, I have combined what I learned in school with my personal and holistic approach. I have a huge understanding of the need to figure out life in order to become exactly what who you want to be. What is already written and what it takes to get there.
My coaching is tailored to your specific needs and goals, helping you gain clarity, navigate through and overcome challenges, turning your weaknesses into strengths and helping to leverage them, show up confidently, and strategically surpass short term and long term goals.

Shandelynn was a great coach and really helped me dig deep to understand and uncover what was holding me back from accomplishing my goals. She took her time and was patient while working with me to understand myself and what I was trying to accomplish. She is personable and has the right mix of get-you-together and a supportive spirit to get the job done. They say that divine timing comes when your heart is ready to carry it and that couldnt be more true as I have navigated this journey of Know You 2 Own You. When I came into this process my heart and spirit were fundamentally broken to the point of not even being able to recognize myself or my life, but I was determined to find out who I was beyond being broken. Know You 2 Own You, helped me regain power and sit solidly within it. I suddenly saw myself in an entirely new light- someone who was deserving of kindness, self-care, and most importantly grace!
