I am here for you to re-discover fulfillment and joy in your life. My goal is to help you re-design your life and let go of thoughts and behaviors that undermine you, so that a renewed and fulfilled you can emerge.

I understand that everyone has a different vision of life and happiness. Some people know it and they just want support to prepare ground and empowerment to achieve it. Or some people might need clarity in what they want and how to achieve it.

As a professionally trained and experienced Life Coach, I have the tools and understanding to help you to create the life you imagine and get a renewed sense of self.

I am here for you to help you achieve your desired happiness goal that leads to health, confidence, success, and contentment. Meditation is an integral part of all my workshops.
I have been devoted to the practice of meditation since 1998 and have extensive experience in OSHO, Zen, and Sufi meditation.

A blend of my knowledge and experience is what empowers me to do my bit for you. My holistic approach and meticulously designed sessions are complemented by certifications.
