I believe that a good coaching conversation is not just cathartic but is insightful in personal and professional development.

Three years ago, I delved into a coaching conversation with a client. In this particular instance, the client had no expressed need for coaching. She had merely volunteered to be a part of a pro bono consultation. We spoke about her desire to pursue a PhD but a lack of time, her passion for teaching and research. She spoke about a thought etched somewhere at the back of her head that she was passionate about. Through the conversation it struck her that this idea could be brought into a broader research framework involving her students. Three years later, and that is as of 2018, her idea has materialized into a full blown research that is ready to be published. She’s been receiving calls for involvement on boards because of the quality of her study and above all students over the past three years have gained immensely being a part of a live project with meaningful impact. And all I did was trigger a goal-oriented conversation. A good goal-oriented conversation is the key to unleashing your potential.

As a career development coach I work with students and working professionals to help them chart out their Career Path. I’m an accredited Strong Interest Inventory (R) Practitioners. a widely popular psychometric instrument used in Career Counselling. I’ve also completed my ICF ACSTH training and am pursuing my PCC certification. I also have an accreditation in E-Learning Instructional Design from ATD (formerly American Society of Training and Development). I’ve trained a number of Corporates in Communication Skills, Client Expectations Management, Presentation Skills, Supervisory Skills and Campus to Corporate Programs.

I conduct my coaching sessions on Zoom, Skype, Phone and In-Person.
