Over the years, Shalanda successfully transitioned from a career in sales to family therapy, human services, behavior analysis, and finally to human resources and recruiting. She takes the experience from her rich background and uses it to help her clients develop their career search strategy and move forward in their career goals.

Often referred to as the Queen of Time Management, Shalanda works with organizations to improve employee productivity by teaching effective task and time management skills. She also works with educational institutions so that high schoolers and college students learn necessary time management and interviewing skills needed to conduct an offer winning interview and be successful in the workplace.

Shalanda Tookes Wilder earned her B.S. in Human Development/Psychology and a dual M.A. in Professional Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy from Amridge University in Montgomery, Alabama. She also completed post-graduate coursework in Organizational Development and Human Resources Management. In 2006, she began coaching professionally. She is a certified career coach and certified interview professional.
