About Me
I Love to help and guide people who really want to develop themselves, get clarity about what they want, overcome any conflict in their lives, get rid of negative emotions attached to old memories that isn’t serving them and improve their lives in different areas, personal, professional, relationship and spiritual.
In my coaching sessions I use NLP techniques which guarantee a fast and effective results to my precious clients, which really impress them.
There is a connection between neurological processes (neuro-), language (linguistic) and behavioral patterns learned through experience (programming), and that these can be changed to achieve specific goals in life.
We all have been programmed since our childhood, so for example; you can have that believe that you are not good enough, not smart or not beautiful, any believe you have is planted in your mind since you were young and unconsciously you are acting in your life according to these believes which is definitely not serving you, so with NLP process we can change these believes to positive and useful ones that serve you in your life and you will definitely see the change even in the way you react in situations and in the way you take decisions .
With My clients, I start the session with questions that allow the client to think more deeply and to help him identify the real problem and maybe see things from different angle.
After identifying the problem we work on it together with a commitment from my side and the client`s side, find the root cause of the problem and solve it and after solving the root cause, we set SMART goals if needed and follow ups.
I am so much passionate about my job as helping people to develop, overcome life problems or lifetime burdens and live happy and healthy life is my ultimate fulfillment.

I have taken 8 sessions with the life coach Shaimaa, I can say that from the first session I could tell how professional she is. she has a great listening skills, she knows how and when to ask certain questions which helped me to think in a better way and understand myself more. she asked questions that have never came to my mind. I was struggling with knowing what I want in my life, I was lost, just working and without any passion, after the sessions taken with her, I had a clear vision, I understood myself and I knew what I want. I had lot of living beliefs which stopped me from doing things that I love because I just thought that I can't, but now im sure I can and I already started doing. It was a great experience to have a life coach focusing more on what you want and what you need to improve. Life coach is a guideline book and life fixer. Life is about opportunities, creating them and embracing them and for me that was every real risk I even been through, that's what defined me, that was my bliss and what I loved to prove my strength by taking risks and always pass it and come back as a winner. That was my ADERNALIN. But... in a way or another everything went black and I started to fall dramatically.
