About Me

Shailendra Soni is MBA (Mktg) from Ghaziabad and Exec MBA from CORNELL University, USA with 27 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Operations and Franchising.
He has worked across Education, Telecom, Print Media, Recruitments and Financial Services. Some of the companies he has worked with are TCS, NIIT, PEARSON, Career Launcher, RICOH, Vodafone, TATA Press, TALENTEDGE, HDFC to name a few.
He has handled large business Volumes, teams and was responsible for Revenue Achievement, Operations effectiveness and market penetration in PAN India market and Latin America.
His Education Business experience is around 15 years where he has managed Franchise Business for TATA Infotech Education (TCS now), NIIT, PEARSON, TALENEDGE and Career Launcher in North, West, Central and East India and was instrumental in Enrolment growth, Penetration and Profitability.
