About Me

I'm a certified Life Coach in Jungian Psychology and a certified Emotion Code Practitioner with over 15 years of personal development experience. I help men and women all over the world through “awakening” to their true selves from a depth psychology perspective. My coaching program empowers clients to confidently and consciously create more authentic and fulfilling relationships and careers driven by purpose and soul.

My coaching method combines the teachings of Dr. Carl Jung, eastern philosophy, social neuroscience, and the energetic modality of the Emotion Code to include shadow work, “emotional baggage” releases, meditation, active visualization, and dream analysis. Through this mind-body-soul approach of working with the power of conscious action coupled with the infinite intelligence of the unconscious mind, I guide individuals to deepen their self-awareness and access untapped potential to overcome obstacles with more ease and consciously create a more balanced, peaceful, meaningful and soul-driven life.
