About Me

Hi, I’m Serg (like a Power ‘Serg’)! I started my company, Learning Serg, because I believe the toxic state of work needs to change. And, so do business leaders.

My approach to coaching is to balance executive partnership, career planning, and life coaching, and approach all of them from a values-based perspective that anchors to respect and forthrightness.

My objectives are to:
- Coach and counsel you through the demands of leading a company, such as articulating a tractable strategic vision and roadmap, and solutioning governance, workforce, and organizational issues.

- Help you build a clear, crisp picture of the kind of leader you want to be, as well as the near- and long-term career paths that get you excited about your future.

- Encourage you to identify goals and objectives for your broader life, which is the context for your career, and motivate you to work towards healthy, well-rounded, intentional living.

I have 20+ years' experience leading teams for various People functions (Learning, Talent, Diversity, Culture) and partnering with execs on workforce strategies and operations as their People and HR Partner. I've worked in startups, Big 4 banking, hedge funds. education, and tech. I've been there. And want to help you succeed in this phase of your career.
