About Me
About 10 years ago I went through a transformational life change and entered the world of recovery after a decade dealing with challenges that were seemly too hard to bear. During that period nearly every aspect of my life was hit with more problems then I could handle. Having hit rock bottom more then once I chose not to make goals because getting let down over and over was too painful. Although I felt like a failure, deep down I knew I could achieve anything I set my mind to if found the motivation, support, and realized that it was my own thought patterns and actions hindering my growth. As a life coach I'm here to be on your team, share my experience, and skills with you to give you the motivation specific to where you want to go.
