About Me

My name is Sarah VanderMeiden and I am passionate about helping people get clear on who they are and discover careers that fit their life goals, personality, values, skills and interests. I have extensive experience teaching people job search techniques, best practices in resume and cover letter writing, interview skills, offer negotiation strategies and tips for success in a new job. I also help college students attain academic success through effective study, test-taking and time management strategies.

As a Life Coach, I listen deeply and ask thoughtful questions designed to help you gain clarity and focus, identify options, make decisions and keep moving forward. Utilizing practices in mindset, productivity, positive psychology and wellness, our coaching partnership will help you clarify what you want and specify action steps to achieve your goals. My direct, honest and practical approach provides support and accountability to keep you on track.

My coaching services are conveniently available for wherever you are. In fact, since 2016 the majority of my clients have worked with me through the phone and internet. I offer a complimentary 30-minute sample sessions by phone so you can be assured I am the right professional for your needs.

Life is such a precious gift - and we only get one shot at it. As we move through life, choices made years ago may no longer fit or feel as rewarding as they once were. We may have unrealized dreams and plans that remain alive in our heart and soul. I believe these aspirations are an integral part of who we are and serve as the foundation for life purpose and fulfillment. As a coach, my life purpose is helping people gain clarity, overcome obstacles and take action to bring their dreams to life. I consider it to be such a privilege to help people accomplish their goals and serving as a coach has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
