I met with Sarah and she is awesome! Sarah was friendly, supportive, uplifting, and a great listener! Before my first session, I didnt know if I wanted to stay in academia or what my future career was going to be, and I had no idea how to network with people in my field. Fast forward about three sessions later and I now have my careers narrowed down to my top two choices and feel excited about networking at my next conference. Sarah helped me to with a game plan uniquely suited to my situation. She also supported me through the journey as I reached out to people in my field, encouraged me to follow through on my goals and helped me to adjust my plan at each step of the way. Sarah also gave me a crash course on networking. Ive been told many times that networking is important, but until I met with Sarah, I honestly had no idea how to reach out to people or how to take advantage of any connections I might have. I am certainly in a much better place than I was before my first session. I found my experience to be insightful, informative, and game-changing. I truly believe Sarah is an incredible coach and that there isnt a problem she couldnt crack. She is an active listener that is great at making her client feel heard and understood, and her goal is always to help her client figure out what they want to do next with any problem/decision/what have you. In addition to this, she is an accomplished professional in the entertainment/themed experience field, and has an enormous wealth of knowledge to pull from in helping her clients find their way in that industry. If I were giving a recommendation out of ten, I would give Sarah 100/10. She is a trustworthy coach, and working with her very well could be one of the best decisions a person makes in their career.

Overall, I feel coaching sessions are productive. When I speak, I feel heard without judgement, and I am able to have an open and honest conversation regarding my goals and where I hope to excel. Before the end of every session, I leave with clear and definable actions along with forms of accountability to ensure I accomplish what I set to do before my next session.
