About Me

I am a Life Coach with a Masters degree in marriage and family therapy ( MFT).
As a Practioner I make use of an eclectic array of both traditional therapies such as CBT, inner child work and solution focused practices and somatic modalities, such as art, movement, tapping & mindfulness in order to engage with the mind body and soul connection when it comes to healing.
I also run a nonprofit organisation for young women who have experienced trauma and am director and CEO of Ikann Wellness.
