For me, nothing is impossible! This simple belief has always been with me and I have learnt to rely on this motivating idea even in the face of my most difficult challenges. I bring this approach, and a vast array of leadership qualities to the clients I serve, combined with an armory of coaching tools and techniques that work.
I am truly motivated and passionate about helping others learn and grow and this has led me to discover more ways to support others. I am a Certified Professional Coach, Motivational Speaker, Weight-Loss Coach and Social and Emotional Intelligence Coach. I am fully prepared to support your personal vision and the goals that will get you there.

I am truly blessed to have been introduced to Sarah. I have had the opportunity to share my current life challenges with her and I appreciate every bit of her perspective and expertise shared with me. Her attention to detail and great listening skills are spot on. Usually she picks on things in our conversations that I may not have even noticed or paid much attention to. Though our meetings have been virtually conducted, they are always insightful and empowering, leaving me with a lot to think about and act on. When I started university, I quickly realized that my degree in foreign languages would not afford me many opportunities since I lacked other skills.
