About Me

With over 30 years experience developing and supporting leaders across diverse sectors—including education, government, finance, and not-for-profit—Sarah specializes in helping leaders to voice their vision, leverage their strengths and align actions with values to lead transformational change in their teams, organizations and communities.

Sarah's coaching approach is rooted in wicked questions, deep insight, and just the right amount of challenge to help leaders discover how voice their vision, inspire others, and stop getting in their own way.

As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Sarah offers individual coaching for leaders at all levels, team coaching to enhance team performance, and coaching skills training for leaders who want to inspire growth and resilience in their teams. Her work emphasizes awareness of self, awareness of others, and awareness of systems to make good change happen.

Sarah’s education includes a Master degree in Leadership and a Certificate of Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University. She has a Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Human Resources and Labour Relations from UBC, and completed the Organization Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) program. Sarah is certified to use Lumina Learning psychometric assessments Lumina Leader, Lumina 360, Lumina Team and Lumina Spark in her coaching practice.

After decades of working as a senior Human Resources professional Sarah understands organizational dynamics and why so many change efforts fail. She also understands how visionary leaders can create transformational change that makes a real impact on organizations and communities.
