Sarah is a consultant, ICF credentialed and certified coach, and industrial-organizational Ph.D. (c) business psychology practitioner specializing in well-being, performance, conflict, stress, and change management. She works closely with organizations and employees to support their business challenges and development. Sarah offers in-person coaching and e-coaching to give the client flexibility among many other added benefits and personalized tools for each unique client. She is passionate about supporting people to succeed.

She has extensive education and experience in business and consulting. She earned her PhD(c) in business psychology, is certified and ICF ACC credentialed as an applied positive psychology coach, and has earned a certificate in applied positive psychology. Additionally, she earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) focusing in management at the University of North Dakota and holds a Master in Fine Arts focusing in fashion merchandising and design at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.
