About Me

Hi I am Sarah, a Mindset & Motivational Coach at Vibrant & True. Over the past 14 years, I have worked in Corporate Human Resources but during the pandemic I decided to quit my job and follow my passions to be of service to others and turn my passions into purpose.

I love the human connection, and I easily connect to people everywhere I go. I have always had a positive mindset and attitude, and lived as my authentic true self, in which I feel has attracted happiness, wellness, and abundance in my life with ease. I love anything mindset, motivational, and law of attraction related, which is why I completed training & certifications through Dr. Joe Vitale (from The Secret).

My coaching style involves having my clients become self-aware of their existing limiting beliefs and patterns of thinking, and I help them shift their mindset to be positive, confident, resilient and deserving.

Over 95% of your thoughts and beliefs have been programmed from a young age in your subconscious mind. Understanding negative thoughts and your limiting beliefs that are holding you back in life is key to moving forward.
