About Me

My approach to coaching comes from my lived experience as an introverted immigrant woman and my training as a social worker. Holding intersectional identities asks us to navigate many gray areas and in-between moments that can leave us feeling hesitant and invisible. Our place in the world and our relationship with ourselves can feel out of focus and disconnected. As a certified professional coach, I am committed to helping you reconnect with your inner wisdom, creativity, intuition, and emotions, so you can live a fulfilling life aligned with your values.

My coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that you have all the resources within yourself to guide you, your anchor. Through practice, you will learn to manage your limiting beliefs and tap into empowering choices, even when it is daunting. I bring deep listening and empathy to our coaching relationship, acknowledging the complexity of intersectionality and the importance of individual experiences.

I have a background in psychology and clinical social work, and I have 12 years of professional experiences leading teams at a leadership development organization. As your coach, I will guide you to see more in yourself than you might see on your own. I am excited for you to realize your full potential, elevate your voices, and live a life that is true to you.
